Well, after all this bloody stress, trauma, work etc I decided to do some therapeutic homework and pimped up some old flip flops; 6 years old, cost me all about 5 Swiss francs and are comfy as Peter Petrellis arms (or Ianto Jones', take a pick)

I did some therapeutic nothing, because of the damn heat ^-^' I didn't even go for all of my walks (and the one I did go, I did about half of what I usually do)... *bleah*
